User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 724 platform:
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use it
- Using automation software, bots or unauthorised tools to interact with the platform
- Transferring funds between accounts for fraudulent purposes or money laundering
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system
- Creating a new account after an existing account has been suspended or closed
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 724 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including FPX and GrabPay. 724 is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated based on your chosen payment method. Account Suspension and Closure

- The user has breached any of the terms set out in this document
- The account is suspected of being used for illegal activities
- User found to be under the minimum age of 18
- Account closure requested by the user
